ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING
Organizational consulting typically begins with contact from management and/or human resource personnel. Common organizational issues include leadership and management, workplace communication, managing change and conflict, managing workplace relationships, business transition, downsizing, board development, issues of gender, and sexual harassment in the workplace.
Assessment
Issues are identified through management and employee interviews, surveys, and facilitated meetings.
Process
Based on assessment data, a consulting process is designed that can include coaching, consultation, conflict resolution, facilitation, negotiation, structured activities, training, vocational or workplace testing, and retreats. The process can include coaching executive leadership, managers, supervisors, and employees. This is accomplished by working with individuals, teams, or groups.
